Hi Our August has been full and we’re only a few days into it. We’ve been sorting and organizing Steve's old tools and the new ones he bought up in Las Vegas. He’s working on plans for remodeling one of our garages to turn it into an efficient workshop. Steve has been evaluating his tools and selling or giving those that are un-needed to our sons and sons-in-law. Other new ones are assimilated into the workshop while some of his tried and true favorites are kept and the newer ones sold. We're hoping that most of the cost of the workshop will be offset by the sale of what isn't needed. Annette has been listing (hard work) and selling (fun work) more items on eBay, Offerup, Facebook Marketplace, and CraigsList. Steve is moving a little slower than usual because he had triple hernia surgery last week. So his workshop plans are strictly staying on paper until he’s healed enough to start lifting heavier things. Today, in our more “sophisticated” society, both sexes are responsible for putting meat on the table. The chore isn’t quite as physically taxing. But to do it economically, you still need good tracking skills, a place to store your prize catches, and the ability to know when to “pull the trigger” and buy.
