Hey friends,
Do you miss me last week? 😃 I came back recently back from the land of smiles (Thailand), a place that every Singaporeans love to go to. Check out my IG stories if you are keen to see my experience. Over the past weeks, employers can officially bring 100% of their employees back to the office. In fact, I saw online comments that some errant employers are already doing so when it was only 75%. ☹️ An IPS survey also shows even though more people are comfortable in going back to office, there is a set of people who are completely resistant to the idea of going back 5-days straight. Unless you want to deal with attrition, a better way to convince your employees to return isn't via an edict. In my recent LinkedIn article, I wrote about appealing to the 5 senses at the office so employees desire to go back to office instead of being forced to. If you enjoy the article, do subscribe to my LinkedIn newsletter. The content there is different from my email newsletter.
Have a great week ahead!

📱Software/App RecommendationsCRM for name cards
Perhaps not so relevant in today’s post COVID19 world, but I used this heavily when I had too many name cards to keep track of. Instead of carrying around the hard copies, I use Camcard to scan them in. OCR technology will recognize and try to interpret the wordings. It isn’t 100% accurate but good enough for me to use the Search function effectively to retrieve the information I need. |
