Hey friends, A recent survey by recruitment company Randstad found that 31 per cent of the respondents, when asked in January this year if they plan to change jobs within the next six months, said they would. This marks a three-percentage point increase from the same period in 2021. That is 1 in 3 people. For every 3 friends you have, 1 of them will have a new job. Before any employers shit their pants, let me remind them that Randstad makes money from recruitment fees. I don't think they will publicise any survey if it runs counter to how they make money. Second, I also know many people who claim that they want to lose weight by going to the gym and eating healthy. That never happened. If it did, it didn't last long. Talk is cheap after all. Assuming this is all true, wanting to change does not equate to getting hired. One still has to clear the interviews and to be selected for them to begin with. I reposted an article about unemployability recently that might resonate.
Have a great week ahead!

I'm at 88 enrolments and counting.
Another testimonial also came in which is heartening. Moving on to my stretched goal of 100 enrolments.
📺 My YouTube channel
If you don't already know, I have a YouTube channel which I started a year plus ago. And recently it crossed 4k views. I also have started posting my podcasts in video format and most recently sliced up one episodes into 6 small chapters. Let me know if this kind of format works better?

I use this for one purpose and that is to create the softcopies of receipts for claims processing purposes. Because it can detect the outline of your document, you only capture what is needed in good clarity. The document can then be saved for processing on other platforms. |
