Hey friends, I just completed my first commissioned whitepaper. This is in collaboration with Unit4, an enterprise software suite, including finance management, accounting, ERP, talent management and student management modules. Given my subject matter expertise, the focus here is primarily on their HR module. In this whitepaper, we discussed overcoming the current challenges through change management preparation and employee benefits. And how your organisation will receive a return on investment if an effective transition occurs, with a case study from Oligo switching to Unit4 Prosoft HRMS system used to highlight future benefits and pressure alleviation for their organisation.
Appreciate it if you can take a look and let me know what you think. Any feedbacks are welcome.
Have a great week! Adrian
đ§Podcast Episode 83One of my go-to whenever I need a mood lifter or something light-hearted to accompany my work grind, Conan and his team nails it by delivering the same high quality comedic relief through episodic podcasts. I personally enjoy the episode where he hosted President Barack Obama.

đșNew YouTube VideoIn this rundown video, I walk through with you ArcLab, the modern training, digital SOP & communication SaaS Platform for Deskless Workers. Organisations use ArcLabâs Learning & Development (L&D) platform to easily create, deliver and track Nano Learning - targeted bite-sized training modules and digital SOPs - to employees anytime, anywhere, in any language, through mobile - improving work performance and business outcomes. ArcLab provides assessment modules, NanoCredentials (digital certificate badges) and learner analytics to track training uptake and map skills gaps.
đ±Software/app RecommendationsWith video calls happening almost every day, the last thing you need is to deal with situational noises, such as a plane flying past or your dog barking in the background. This app canât help you to navigate the plane away or silence your dog, but it can mute the sound coming from them. Using AI, it automatically recognizes and removes background noise in calls in real-time, leaving only a clean human voice. Its AI-powered noise-cancelling technology adapts to your voice and improves over time. And the noise can be cancelled both ways so both parties will not be hearing any background noise from the opposite end. More recently, Krisp came up with a new feature where it can learn your voice and reference it. Isolating any other voices that might be hovering in the background. This app can be resource-intensive though. If you are doing a Zoom call with 10 people at the same time, your PC may slow to a crawl. But it works perfectly for me on any 1-on-1 or small group discussions.

đââïžLinkedIn Tip of the week(Excerpts from my LinkedIn course) Types of ContentThere are a number of ways to share content on LinkedIn: - Text
- Images
- GIFs
- Videos
- Document
- Poll
- Event
- Hiring
- Occasion
- Expert
- Offer help
The top 5 would be the more recurring ones as the latter is much more seasonal in nature. In 2020, Lempod did a test by applying the same content across the top 5 types of content over 5 days. The results? - Text: 610 likes, 46 comments, 8,262 views
- Text + Image: 551 likes, 47 comments, 6,573 views
- Text + Gif: 653 likes, 50+ comments, 9,082 views
- Text + PDF: 521 likes, 45 comments, 6,970 views
- Text + Video: 553 likes, 68 comments, 1,367 views
Through this experiment, they manage to secure: - 151 new connection requests
- 200 new followers
- 32 000+ views of 4 posts
- 1 550 views of my video in the 5th post (note: Linkedin counts only views of at least 3 seconds)
- 150 traffic to the article on Linkedin Analytics to their blog
The point here isnât to distil the top content type to focus on. But rather a single piece of content could be repurposed into different types for distribution. You may think it is repetitive but it will only seem so if someone is lurking on your LinkedIn profile constantly hitting refresh. That is not the case since they have other feeds to read. And since you cannot control the LinkedIn feed display algorithm, more reps are better than fewer. Ultimately, it is the content rather than the type that adds value to your audience.
