Hey friends, You may notice a lapse in my newsletter recently. With new projects on hand and the same 24 hours, something has to give. Besides the new podcast (we just wrapped up the production of episode 2), I am also spending more time on my YouTube channel. So for now, the newsletter will come to you every other week instead but the same good quality content (I hope!) will maintain.
Have a great week ahead!

📱Nudge
The Facebook rabbit hole is very addictive and it is usually due to the content from the people you follow. The solution is simple - just unfollow them. But you don’t want to do that one by one. Nudge comes in a Chrome app and you can run it once on your Facebook dashboard. It will then unfollow everyone that you are connected with. I did that and then refollowed the people that I truly still want to follow and not the primary school friend who I no longer speak with and learn what she has for lunch. Beyond that, the app can hide distracting sections of the site, show you the time you are spending on them as well as a subtle notification every 10 screens you scroll down on. |
