Hi ,

I hope you had a blessed Christmas! Mine was good, but I was sick!

Last Sunday morning, I woke up and my throat was on fire! I couldn't swallow and I couldn't talk. I let my church peeps know and tried to get into a clinic. My wife just LOVES Christmas and I didn't want to ruin all her plans! Well, Christmas Chaos was averted, but it wasn't fun!

Living Dead or Alive?

One of my focuses for this next year, for the website and podcast is to "Live Alive." That might sound weird, but it's on purpose! You see, too often, many of us in the preparedness community live in fear. I really want to change that narrative! We miss out on so much life because it always seems like we are waiting for the hammer to drop.

Survival Website Directory

I started a new project. I'm very careful about doing that because I don't NEED to stay busy! But I see a need in the survival/preparedness community for a site where people can find relevant websites. If you own a website or know someone who does, please let them know about the Survival Website Directory. Also, you might be interested to check out the "feeds" page. It isn't Prepper Website, but it updates with prepper, homesteading, survival, etc... sites every 2 hours. If you know of a new site that isn't represented, please let me know.

Are you like me and have conversations in your head before you ever have them with anyone else? (I don't think I'm crazy!) Do those conversations ever come out the way you think they will? They usually don't! It's because we "tell" ourselves certain stories! And it can have a serious impact in our survival and preparedness!

As get ready for 2025, I hope you take some time to reflect on your preparedness and see what needs to be tweaked. I think the world will get crazier, but at the same time, we don't have to follow along. We prep so we will have a better outcome than those that just have no clue or don't want to bother! We are different!
