Oh DEER, look what just landed!

Go ahead and FAWN over the new Reindeer Shapegram! The picture is made using just 14 ovals and 2 pieces of Word Art.

Yes, you HERD that right! Each antler is actually the letter F (in the Averia Libre font).

Since students working at the Beginning Blue level might not be ready to insert Word Art from scratch, I’ve included a pre-made F inside the Google Slides and Drawings templates. Students can simply color, resize, rotate, duplicate, and flip it to create the antlers.ImageI stuck to a standard black nose to keep the design simple for this level, but that doesn’t mean your students can’t change history! If they want to create a certain famous red-nosed friend, encourage them to change the nose's fill color. Adding a red drop shadow can really make it shine. Here's a 40-second video that shows how.

Tony

"Tony sits on a couch with a friend and asks, 'What do you call a deer with no eyes?' The friend, picturing an eyeless deer in a thought bubble, replies, 'I have no idea!' Tony delivers the punchline: 'You mean "no-eye-deer"?'"
