Straight from the Heart The Triangle Heart is a little geometry love letter. It’s a heart formed by duplicating and rotating an isosceles right triangle. The Shapegram includes a tutorial video that shows how to draw this digital work of heART. This Shapegram is in the Beginning Blue skill level, and you can see how it fits into the Scope and Sequence. The side activity invites learners to duplicate their recreation and change the colors. In my example, I drew one isosceles right triangle, then rotated, aligned, and colored duplicates until the heart came together. Heartfelt Animals I’m not supposed to have a favorite Shapegram, am I? Heartfelt Animals is my pick of the litter. Students build animals mostly from heart shapes, then add shadows to give them a felt-like look. The side activity invites students to create new documents where they paste their animal drawings. They add heartfelt puns before sharing the messages with friends. Lovely Fonts You might develop a crush on these lovely fonts. Download them from fonts.google.com.
