Disable Autofit in Google Slides

❓Does the AUTOFIT for text in Google Slides drive you crazy? You can permanently disable in all of your presentations.
🧰Go to the TOOLS menu
✔️Select PREFERENCES
⛔Unclick "Use custom autofit preferences"

Create Rubrics Video Tutorial Install GC Rubric by Alice Keeler

✅Steps for Creating Rubrics for Google Classroom

1. 🏁Start a new Google Sheets Spreadsheet
2. 📋Extensions Menu
   In your Google Sheets spreadsheet, use the Extensions menu to select “GC Rubric by Alice Keeler.”

🔘Choose Show Sidebar.

3. 💯In the Sidebar select Scoring Guide or Rubric.

One is strictly to 🗣️communicate feedback to students and one that helps you with ✔️scoring the assignment.

4. ➕A template is automatically added to the spreadsheet.

5. ⌨️Fill in the criteria and levels on the spreadsheet.

🎨Customize for as many levels as you want.

6. ⏬Use “Finalize & Download” from the GC Rubric by Alice Keeler menu

7. 📑In a Google Classroom assignment, choose “Import from Sheets.”

8. ➕Add to Google Classroom

🟣When creating an assignment in Google Classroom, there is a “Rubric” button.

3️⃣There are 3 options when you click on the Rubric button: Create rubric, Reuse rubric, Import from Sheets.

✔️Choose “Import from Sheets.”

🔍This allows you to search your Google Drive to find the rubric that you named with a meaningful name.

😀Simply select the spreadsheet and it imports in with ease!
