Copy My Folder Pro

As a premium member you have access to Copy My Folder Pro. This is an UNOFFICIAL ADD-ON (so you will get the scary screen of doom saying it's dangerous, it's not).

Please note that this is ONLY FOR YOU. Please do not share with non members.

• Create a folder in your school account and share it with your personal account
• MOVE your files you would want to take with you if you resigned or retired into the folder.
• IN YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT make a copy of the Copy My Folder Pro unofficial Add-on. (Tip, forward this email to your personal account and click on the link to copy the add-on)
• Use the EXTENSIONS menu to choose "Copy my folder pro"
• You will need to authorize the Add-on. Do not click on "Back to safety" but instead click on "Advanced" and "Unsafe" (it's safe, Google is just reminding you that it is unofficial)
• Go to the Add-on again so you can show the sidebar.
• SINGLE CLICK on the folder (you are choosing the folder, not the files inside the folder).
• The Add-on will automatically copy the files over from your work email to your personal email.

Google Slides Tip

Manually name the current version! Google Slides automatically saves versions. However, you want control over which version is the official template. Use the File menu to select "Version history" and "Name current version." This makes it easy for you to mess up the activity during class and then go back to the version that is pristine!
