I push the question from my Google Slides to a Google Form. Students fill out the Form and it comes back to the Google Slides under the question I pushed. this is reuseable! Google AppSheetMy new love is Google AppSheet. It does have to be enabled from the admin panel so you might not be able to use it at school. What does it let you do? MAKE APPS with no code. It's a database for Google, which I am so happy to have. I used to be quite the avid Microsoft Access user back in the day. Copy the Google Sheets Data Sheet AppSheet is FREE to use for personal use and can be shared with up to 10 people.
Watch me make this bathroom pass app For you I made a 30ish minute video on making an app from scratch. I'm still learning app sheet so I am stumbling around a little, but AI helps a lot to help you with where you're struggling to get the app to do what you want. What you can see in this video is that I took the spreadsheet above and turned it into an app where I can select which kid is going where and then clicked an icon to record that they returned from the bathroom. ☃️ Over winter break I'll set up a workshop for a few hours where we can do this together and you customize it to work how you want it to work. Will be fun!
