Hi Ladies Day at the races was super fun yesterday, but I should not have depended on ChatGPT for any kind of racing help. It gave good reasons for all of its selections in four of the races but horses do not read reasons. They just run! ChatGPT made me giggle again: "My record today definitely suggests I should not launch The AI Racing System: Turn £10 Into a Fortune Before Tea. 🤣" And business is as unpredictable as horses even though you do you best to select well! Platforms lose reach or disappear altogether. Costs may rise and revenue slow down. And a new tool may change what customers are looking for at any moment. Trying to forecast everything is exhausting. So it makes sense to build a business that can move when change happens. ➡️ Keep your costs manageable.
➡️ Build an email list you can contact directly.
➡️ Create useful assets you can reuse in different ways.
➡️ Keep new projects small enough to test before they become expensive commitments.
➡️ Pay attention to what your customers are asking for now, rather than what they wanted six months ago.
