Hi Those of us working online spend long hours at a PC (or at least a large proportion of the time we have available.) It comes with the territory. We tap away at the keyboard, we process a huge amount of email, we keep ourselves informed of the latest strategies, we follow courses, we get tips from YouTube, Facebook, and elsewhere (while also getting distracted by more interesting stuff) and we call it working. But is it really working? Well, it's working if any of that puts food on your table. Or if you do enough real work to earn what you want and do all that other stuff too. But if you're not swimming in boatloads of cash, it may be time to limit the hours you spend sitting at your PC and getting no real work done and spend some hours where you a) create a product or carry out a paid service
