Hi I love the idea of having only three things on my to-do list each day. Unfortunately, my business usually demands more than that. 🤣 So my compromise is to have three tasks in the morning, three in the afternoon, and, if needed, three in the evening. I don’t put projects on that list, only tasks that take about an hour or less. Projects get broken down into actionable, doable steps before they qualify. That way, I aim for 6–9 “power hours” each day. I’ll be honest, life sometimes derails the plan. But the structure keeps me moving. I also aim to make the first three tasks revenue-generating, things like creating products, writing offers, anything that leads directly to income. After that, I choose from my pool of:
