Hi I have a terrible tendency to collect "useful" stuff (like freebie PDFs, training courses, and ideas for promo or products.) And then I let pretty much all of it sit there gathering dust while my attention is away being distracted by more new stuff. Lizzy's Christmas Party is a case in point with 170 items. The one thing I do these days, which may also help you, is to add items to a spreadsheet so they are easy to find when I'm looking for something on a particular topic or strategy. And there's an additional rule I use. If something is not worth the bother of adding to the spreadsheet, it's not worth the bother of downloading at all.
