One thing I've been trying to do lately is to set aside a weekly "loose ends hour."

It's just a bit of time to deal with all those little jobs that never seem important enough to do right now, but somehow take up a lot of mental space.

Things like cancelling a subscription, booking an appointment, or finding a receipt to return something.

I've crossed a lot off my "To Do" list in the past few weeks as a result (and some of that was just admitting that I was never going to do the thing anyway so I could stop thinking about it!)

If you've never tried a "loose ends hour" yourself, have a go.
